Do I really need to say much about this? Don’t be dumb. Just get it. Nation, I thank you, brotha. Plus a bonus!

Wu’s own DJ & Producer, Mathematics, put together an album of self-produced beats featuring the whole Wu and dope line-up. Check it out here. The Clap 2010 is dope beat w/ Rae showing some tenacity with his flow. Not a classic but something to keep your mouth watering for that Wu-Massacre album. Don’t worr, U-God has very little to say on this joint. He doesn’t ruin it. I know what you were thinking because I thought it, too.

I think its fitting for my 1,000th post that I bring it back to the Wu. Especially with a song that connects me back to one of my favorite Wu CDs, “Tical”. I would’ve like to post about Jessica Alba on my 1000th but A new Wu joint will work just fine. This is album is almost immune to mediocrity. Props to Nation for helping me hit this milestone.

The date got pushed back but I am still very excited for this. Genius marketing. Stay Tuned. And sorry, I’ve been slacking on the posting. Life has got me hustling but I am coming back this week. Thanks for staying supportive. Random note, I met Kevin Periera from Attack of the Show fame (the one with Olivia Munn) this weekend. He was at Sugar Lounge where I was DJing. Real cool dude and gave me twitter shout out on my set. I thought that was kinda cool. Just sharing.
Other than Jay-Z’s Blue Magic promos, has there been a better video promo campaign than this Wu-Massacre project?
All I am warning you to do is get a diaper on and press play. If this trailer is any indication of the creativity and storytelling to come, I may be giving out CDs for Christmas.

Major, Major props to Ivan & Co. at HHIR. They just posted 3 volumes of Wu-Tang Freestyles. Some I had, others are rare gems. You’ve got Meth, Ghost, Rae, RZA, GZA, ODB but some Gravediggaz and Wu affiliates as well. This may take up my whole weekend to listen to it all. Agan, take a moment to visit HHIR and then download to your HD explodes (IT pause). Tracklistings after the jump!

A couple of days ago, Pitchfork posted an article on the new Ghostdini album cover. It was drawn by David Russell of Marvel fame. At first, I thought it was a lil cheesy but after the Russell interview- I got a new appreciation. Check the interview after the jump.
Hilarity. Man, its so funny to see GFK genuinely just clowning. Made my day. Saw it first at eskay’s.
