Revok went to Australia for some graffiti event that got cancelled. So what does a person do when the reason you went there was to do some legal graffiti? Well you go and do some illegal graffiti I guess. Well apparently he got caught at the airport coming home. Get this, he got caught because he twittered that he was going to the airport, they were waiting there for him. Hes out now and at home already, but he has to pay some $15,000, well he has to never go to Australia again.

Bunch of my brothers’ and friends’ favorite artists are putting their artwork together in May for a cool exhibition of limited prints, sold-out pieces, and some new originals. Haven’t been there but the Carmichael Gallery is hosting. DFLO, Anthony, or Weston – if you got any more info, leave a comment to let us know. Details after jump. Thanks to the IS crew for the info. And on a semi-related note, anyone else unimpressed with that new Clipse and Kanye song? And KAWS really gets credit for the cover art? SMH.
I was walking to the subway the other day and saw this in the street. I didn’t have my camera with me, or i did actually, but the battery was dead because i was taking pictures of a million things. But anyways, i found it on google maps. Pretty sweet huh.

The legend and infamous, CHAKA, will be having his first ever solo exhibition starting next month. If you are at all into street art, graffitti, and/or tagging – you know who CHAKA is. If not, go body yourself. I remember being in college and realizing that Chaka was on Dave Grohl’s drumset in the “Smells Like Teen Spirit” video. (slaps forehead) Do you think Will Farrell will have a CHAKA cameo in the new “Land of the Lost” movie? (don’t get it – google will be your friend) This man deserves his own documentary. Let’s get that going. DFLO, if you get more info on this, let me know. I wanna go. Props to G. Video after the jump
This is an oldy but goody. I was going through my bookmarks today and found this greatness.
The classic tradition of Dutch Delft craftsmanship hits the streets of New York City. Presenting the ‘New York Delft’ Porcelain dinnerware collection. Each place setting is made of fine porcelain and has five pieces; a dinner plate, side plate, soup bowl, cup and saucer.
Saw this on the interwebs today. I guess the hulk is coming out this week. I am not excited about it one bit. I will go see it just to see the Tony Stark Cameo. But besides that who cares about the hulk. Who is going to see it this weekend?
Back in October, when we first started, we showed you this. Buket, the dude painting the 101 sign, was arrested. But the LA times and other LA media outlets are showing pictures of Evidence from Dilated Peoples as Buket. Evidence wants this cleared up and wants journalists to do some research and stop acting like bloggers by jumping on hearsay. Spotted at AHH.

My man bird has been doing it up lately, hes got mad interviews all over the interwebs, you can buy his birds at various locations around town like Kicks.
Around Los Angeles mainly, “Bird” has been throwing up his styrofoam birds with a lock attached to them up at telephone wires, mainly at intersections.
I like bird and what he does, it probably means nothing, but it could very well mean something. Has dogtownink.com figured out what it all means? Is he just trying to “flip us off?”
Have you seen these around town? Do you like them or hate them? What do you think he is trying to say? Post responses in the comments below.
