My last video of the Star Wars Live In Concert footage I got. Hope you enjoy it. I think this one came out the best.

Public Enemy – In Living Color Performance

PE, next to the Wu and Run DMC, is one the most important groups in hip-hop history. I know I am not going on any limb to true hip-hop heads but some people still don’t give PE their props. But props also go to In Living Color for not only finding Jennifer Lopez but always giving hip-hop its shine with dope performances at the end. This video even has a cool cameo in the beginning. Enjoy and reminisce. Plus, I apologize to Meaning of Dope. I’ve neglected your site for way too long. My bad, homies.

Cypress Hill – Throw Your Set in the Air (live)

You are probably asking yourself, “Why is Franchise posting an old-ass set of Cypress Hill performing live?” Look who’s DJing! If you don’t know, you’re not in the loop and don’t read KTL enough. Ask me on Twitter and I’ll tell ya. Thanks to Frank!

Wale – Live at PST (SF)

DMV’s own, Wale, came through San Francisco to perform a special set at the Bay Area’s best and most progressive hip-hop night, PST – shout out to Sake1!  He ran through as many as songs as he could in the time he was on stage.  Favorites were Artistic Integrity, Elevator, Chillin, and WALEDANCE. His stage presence was dope despite the fact that he had “been climbing trees”.  While Drake has the buzz, I can see Wale being a champion MC for a long time to come.  I appreciated his shout to me with my Dodgers hat and all the LA peeps despite being in the Bay. Enjoy the FULL set. SHout out to Sake1, No, BMUSE, and FiyahLilly who were in the place. I’ll work harder on soldifying that interview next time.

Grohl X Farrell

Not exactly hip-hop but its no secret we are Will Farrell fans and appreciate the occasional rock record. (We do play Guitar Hero and RockBand, so we are not complete Hip-Hop isolationists.) Anyways, here they are performing “Leather and Lace”. Funny music for a good cause. It was a one-time performance for 826la. Learn more about them! Thanks, Martin, for the heads up!
